My vision for the Sisterhood Empowerment Walk is that women from all walks of life & backgrounds come together to have fun, make new friends, be inspired support local entrepreneurs & leave encouraged to keep pushing forward toward their dreams no matter what their circumstances are.

Melonie Montgomery is a wife, mother, entrepreneur and motivator! About 8 years ago, Melonie created the foundation of FITDIVA LLC from her love for dance. Being a mother of four and a working full job has not deterred her from the vision of FITDIVA.
Melonie has not only taught class in the St. Louis area but she has conducted workshops in Washington DC, Kansas City Missouri, Texas, and Atlanta Georgia.
She has a passion for wellness and balance and FITDIVA has been her way to share this love with other women.
FITDIVA DANCE offers a fun sassy way to get a fantastic work out. This class is designed to bring confidence out of every women from 18-100. We provide a DANCE PARTY in every one hour class.
Each class includes heart beating dance moves & sassy chair and stiletto (not required) choreography.
